We accept payment by Direct Deposit or PayPal (we will cover the transaction fees).
β’ How do I make a payment?

Direct Deposit:
We will send you the banking details, please send us a copy of the receipt after payment. Your payment may take 1-2 days to cleared in our account.
PayPal Payment:
We will get a notification once the payment has been made - please make sure your PayPal postal address is updated and correct.
β’ How is the order processed?
Once payment has been made, we will process your order in 1-3 days.
We will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
β’ When will I get my order?
You should get your order within 15-20 days after shipment (Not including weekend or public holidays).
Please note* we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
β’ What happen if the size is not right for me?
We provide all the size information and assist you with the process. If the size isnβt correct please contact us ASAP. We will organise the correct size once we have received your return.
Please return to us with tracking information within 7 days of receiving the order.
Buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs.
*The re-stocking fees is 30% of the purchase price.
β’ Do you accept returns/refunds?
We accept returns if the product doesn't match the listing, or it arrived damaged or faulty - we will handle the return postage costs.
Please do contact us with photos of the damaged/faulty item within 7 days. After a consultation with one of our team members, you will have 14 days to send us the item and tracking information.
