Account Management
Support the wholesale team in achieving sales and growth objectives with your positive and enthusiastic sales-minded attitude
Front of house support for all departments - Be the face of our cool Melbourne showroom
Coordinating and welcoming buyers and other guests to our showroom
Manage and grow wholesale sales across your assigned accounts
Manage orders /invoices /maintain product information within relevant systems
Manage showroom inventory and upkeep of the showroom display
Support before, during and after Trade Shows
Manage product submissions and order processes for department stores
Business Coordination
Support to all business channels/departments including retail stores
Admin duties
Manage contractors telco, maintenance
Book travel arrangements including flights etc. for support office team
Key Requirements:
Prior account management experience or wholesale sales experience in apparel or general merchandise
Minimum 2 years’ experience, ideally in a support office environment
Ability to juggle multiple priorities
Highly organised and resourceful
