Job Details: Responsible for ensuring a safe but productive workplace for all employees, contractors and visitors to the rig. Ensure that all equipment is accurately maintained to safe operating standards and OEM requirements. Provide hands on and accessible leadership / development to rig crew members. Accurately allocate staff and equipment to daily and weekly tasks so that they are achieved safely and in a timely manner. Provide clear and concise communication to rig crews, rig manager and client representative. Provide various reports to management where required.
