Job Summary: Derrimut VIC Full-time, Permanent $900 - $1,100 a week Sterling Parts Australia is a well-established, national automotive parts distributor. With distribution centres in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. We are seeking experienced warehouse supervisor who has experience with proven track record for holistic and integrated growth to manage our Victorian operations.

Job Details: What’s involved?

Supervisory control of the picking, packing and despatch of all products from the warehouse for deliveries.
Supervisory control of the receipt, checking and putaway of all products into the warehouse.
Leading continuous improvement activities.
Performance management of staff.
Collaborating with leads in other branches to achieve broader organisational objectives

What we are looking for?

Strong communication and influencing skills.
An excellent problem solver.
Good attention to detail.
Experience in advanced warehousing operations, including using portable RF scanner.
Minimum 2 years supervisory experience.
Forklift (LF) and Order Picker (LO) licences.
Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Excel and Word
Tertiary qualification in Warehousing Logistics or other business related discipline.
