Job Details: Nick Scali Furniture was established over 50 years ago and is now one of Australia's largest importers of quality furniture. Due to growth within the business, almost one year ago now we opened a brand new distribution centre at Wetherill Park.
The new site has top of the range warehouse management system, RF scanning, along with new racking, equipment, machinery and office … this is where you come in and take advantage of this great opportunity to build your new career with our winning team by using your previous experience and knowledge of warehousing and adding value within Nick Scali.


The ideal Nick Scali candidate will have:

§ Recent experience working in a warehouse environment

§ Physically capable of lifting/moving heavy and bulky items

§ RF scanning experience

§ Forklift licence

§ LO Order Picker License, 'Turret' Truck preferable but not essential

§ Computer skills and knowledge of warehouse management system

§ Flexibility to work overtime where required

§ Stock picker licence is preferred but not essential


In your role you will be responsible for:

§ Unloading of product received in containers

§ Pick and packing of product for storage/movement while meeting quality standards

§ Accurate forklift and/or stock picker driving to ensure minimal product damage prior to delivering goods to customers

§ Perform quality checks on equipment and product

§ Liaise with relevant managers, contractors and departments to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse to ensure goods are delivered on time
