Job Summary:
This role involves:
Working outdoors
Working with hazardous substances
Working up to 12 hours per day, six days per week during the peak Vintage period
Job Details:
Undertake vintage cellar operations, including grape receival, crushing, fermentation activities, barrel work and juice or wine transfers
Record data on log sheets or cellar notes
Maintain general winery cleanliness and hygiene
Follow direction as provided by Winemakers and others
Ensure that cellar operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner; adhering to company policies and procedures at all time
Wear personal protective equipment as required
Participate in training as required
