Job Summary: An exciting opportunity exists for two motivated, driven and experienced Unit Registry Administrators to join our Sydney Team.

Job Details:

• Provide excellent customer support to ensure maximum satisfaction and a positive experience for our clients;


• First point of contact for investors and financial advisors and client;


• Process transactions related to investments in client funds;


• Answer client questions and issues as they arise and escalate appropriately;


• Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge base;


• Perform daily, weekly and monthly reconciliations;


• Support miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned
