The lifestyle consists of making dreams come true for backpackers travelling around Australia, Fiji and New Zealand. In this role you will be responsible for helping our customers plan their trips and recommending the best spots to visit in order to create travel memories that will last for lifetimes, whilst developing your own communication and leadership skills.

You will be responsible for:

Planning itineraries for customers
Proactively drive individual sales efforts and push for weekly sales targets
Take the initiative to create and maintain a level of energy and activity in the store that will attract visitors.
Control the collection of revenue and recording of sales.
Continually expand personal product knowledge and pass on expertise to our customers.
Work with team members to assist in the sales process
Open, close and carry out the daily functions of the store.
