Job Summary: Melbourne VIC $75,000 a year JIVARO is currently working with one of Australia's most well-known Womenswear retailers on the search for a talented Textile Graphic Designer.

Job Details: They are currently going through a huge period of growth and are seeking a highly creative and driven Textile Graphic Designer to join their team.
Within this role, you will be responsible for the creation of placement and yardage prints as well as embellishments among other graphic work for this brand. You must be highly creative, commercially driven, aware of current and future trends and have the ability to work within a fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Create and visualise new art works in line with this brand's handwriting
Prepare trend boards, with direction from monthly story boards
Provide input at artwork development stage to ensure designs are commercial and technically achievable
Ensure all artwork is correct scale for required garment, and graded accordingly
Execute work that is in line with brief and brand vision
To be successful you will have:
Comprehensive knowledge of local and overseas market trends
Broad awareness of competitors and external trends
A creative outlook with en eye for detail and ability to design for brand's target customer
A genuine passion for fashion and textile graphic design
