Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition team plays an essential role in the business, working with Managers on a national level to find the best candidates for our role, using a range of platforms and strategies.
Job Details:
This role is based in Sydney (Parramatta) and will be part of our People and Culture team.
Key responsibilities:
Responsible for 360 recruitment for national portfolio
Development of recruitment strategies to attract the best people for our roles
Internal stakeholder support
About You
To be successful you will have:
Experienced Agency and/or internal recruiter
Experienced in sourcing candidates from a range of platforms
Experience in Allied Health, Employment Services, Disability Support or Rehabilitation recruitment desirable
Ability to demonstrate high level customer service to internal stakeholders
Experienced in the use of Recruitment Management System
Positive and professional with ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Experience in working to and achieving recruitment targets
Ability to develop success recruitment strategies
