Job Details:
Attending to student queries (face-to-face, telephone or email correspondence), within appropriate timeframe
Maintaining student records via electronic, hardcopy filing systems and Student Management Systems (SMS)
Issuing attendance and academic progress notices to students and maintenance of records and registers
Preparation and dispatching of academic documentation e.g., transcripts, letters, parchments and certificates
Assisting in student events, including Orientation, Graduation and other events as needed which will support future growth in student numbers
Assisting with the collation of student feedback, including surveys and student representative meeting (council) attendance
Reporting to Department of Home Affairs (DHA) via PRISMS electronic system on student confirmation of enrolment, non-commencement, withdrawal and deferral under the direction of senior staff
Any other duties as designated by the Student Services Manager
