Originating from California, health-conscious yogurt lovers quickly made us market leaders in an overly competitive industry. Now with more than 20 stores currently operating across the country and many more planned in the near future, we’ve introduced ourselves to Australia in a big way.

But what’s the Yogurtland difference, you ask? Well that’s easy. Real ingredients, real milk, real fruit – real flavour – all the time. We’re low fat, packed full of probiotics, calcium and all the good stuff. We are what we say we are – no sugar-coating here (unless that’s your topping-de-jour, of course). Our Flavouroligist even travels the globe to track down only the best real ingredients, straight from the source. Think vanilla beans from Madagascar, the creamiest chocolate from Belgium and tangy Maqui Berry from Patagonia.

We are currently on the quest for a one-of-a-kind manager to take ownership of the store and build the best team of over-achieving young Yogurtlanders you can find. We want someone to help us run an exciting store where flavours rule, toppings unite and everyone leaves happy, tastebuds tingling for more. That’s where you come in…


Here's what you need:

A great attitude – leaders need to inspire their team – and they need to do it with a smile. You must be positive, proactive, and productive. And positively pumped to get to work!
Business prowess – you must be familiar with the operations side of the business and what it takes to create a super fun environment. You must show dedication, passion and love for the brand and our products.
Management experience – if you’re as good as you think you are, surely you’ve done this before. You should have experience developing talent, nurturing staff, and running the show. Experience in performance management is also a must.
An understanding of the bigger picture – numbers are important to us, so you need an understanding of financials, profit-and-loss, wage costs, rosters – all the fun stuff (and with us, it is!)
A ‘roll with the punches’ attitude – an open mind and an openness to change, as well as a demonstrated ability to LOVE working in a fast paced environment, will be key to your success.
A ‘run with the rules’ mentality – as dreamy as we are, even Yogurtland has rules, and we need you to understand policies and procedures and the importance of following them in store.
A safety focus – you must hold or be willing to undertake training to obtain a Food Safety Certificate, and show an understanding of Workplace Health and Safety.
Yogurtlanders need to be like us - fun, dynamic and different. We treat employees like family and love our customers as much as we love Madagascan Vanilla Bean (and that’s a lot).
