Job Details: The role:

Snooze Midland is seeking a passionate communicator who presents in a self-assured, authentic manner and knows how to build relationships while caring about providing an extraordinary customer experience.

The role is a full time Store Manager position.

In this role, you can expect retail hours will vary and will include evening shifts, regular weekends and public holidays where required.

What you will bring:

A passionate communicator – you know what to say, how and when to say it, and have exceptional listening skills
Self-assured, with a genuine, trusting and authentic manner
Someone with an incredible ability to build relationships with our customers
Able to work harmoniously in a small team, as well as on your own.
Sales experience is essential along with a good memory for information and a superb attitude, we can teach you the rest! It’s also helpful if you have a natural interest in creating beautiful bedrooms for our customers.

You already come with the following:

Previous retail experience in big-ticket items is preferred
Previous management experience is highly regarded
Experience in stock management
You know what exceptionally high standards of customer service look like
The desire to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
Positive energy and the necessary fitness to walk the floor and carry stock safely, as required
The ability to mentor and motivate a sales team.
