Alannah Hill is searching high and low for a fabulous store manager to inspire their team, and drive sales!

We’re looking for strong personal style, a love of fashion, and personality that lights up a store! Our managers use their bubbly social skills and fashion know-how to take good care of our customers, nourishing relationships with VIPs, and developing strong rapport with staff members, whilst also being brand ambassadors with their own individual take on the Alannah Hill look.

An essential part of the role is meeting sales targets and ensuring that the retail team is both achieving and supported, whilst promoting the brand through visual merchandising skill, and creating an enchanting store environment that speaks to both our customers and staff.

Our successful candidate ideally has experience within a similar management or assistant management role, with stories of success to tell!
