You have a sound background in people management and have a proven track record of developing your team's skills set. A strong retail management background including multi-site management is a must, in conjunction with an ability to affect positive change and drive results with your store teams.

Job Details: * Achieving and surpassing budgets and targets

* Developing and implementing growth-maximising business plans

* Managing day-to-day business operations, including sales, administration and other ad-hoc duties

* Driving a positive and encouraging culture that will foster success and growth

* Maintaining top-level customer service, and managing stores to reach this expectation

* Communicating business strategies, results and updates to stores

* Store rosters, staff recruitment & training

* Maintain VM Standards
