We will provide:

Appointments and references to get more sales daily
Attractive and uncapped commission paid weekly
Intensive and ongoing Training & Support
You must have:

Excellent verbal and written English
Excellent communication skills
Proven track record in sales or the desire to build a long-term career in the direct sales industry.
The drive to earn in excess of $120K
Honesty & Integrity
Car is nice to have but not needed ABN Number required

Your daily activities:

Utilize consultative sales skills to assess client needs and educate on the power of Top4 services to enhance the customers local and national business.
Work directly in the field to research and cultivate leads to build a strong pipeline of growth.
Strong focus on continuously meeting and exceeding sales goals on a weekly and monthly basis.
Network within the local community to promote the Top4 brand and services to launch businesses to the next levels of success.
Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset to manage your local territory through creative communication and marketing strategies to engage local businesses.
Effectively manage, support and continually update our CRM with all appointments, pitches and pending dollars.
