Job Details: Providing contemporary consultancy and advisory services to Origin’s People Managers to support them to constructively manage workforce and employment issues Supporting resolution of escalated and challenging / complex people issues, reducing risk for Origin and improving overall business performance Supporting large-scale organisational design and change programs Conducting analysis and diagnosis of business problems using data and trend insights to drive proactive P&C solutions to enhance business performance and engagement. Delivering a first-class end-user experience and work to resolve matters quicker in a streamlined way
