We currently have an opportunity for a Spare Parts Order Execution Specialist. This role is a 6 month temporary contract and can be based in either Perth or Sydney.

As Spare Parts Order Execution Specialist, you will:
Manage customer order fulfillment and support in quotations
Execute procurement activities based on agreed rules with Supply
Be responsible for purchase order creation, sending, follow-up and information maintenance
Record order confirmation
Update logistics information for new items and inform quotation handling and sales order handling i.e. freight cost estimates
Monitor deliveries ready to be picked
Create delivery document for direct delivery, handles forwarding activities & transportation arrangements in accordance with our specifications
Handle import and custom activities
Invoice customers
To succeed, you will need:
Experience of collaboration with external and internal stakeholders
Analytical & Conceptual thinking
SP business understanding
Customer understanding
ERP / PDM-systems
Understanding of Incoterms and transportation agreement handling
Understanding of pricing policy used in local unit(s) and financial targets
Detailed understanding of order fulfillment process
Fluent verbal and written English
Experience with VAT/GST and customs procedures
Good understanding of warehousing & transportation
Basic knowledge of payment terms
Basic knowledge of customs tariffs numbers (CN codes) (even customs processes are defined already in the document
