Job Summary:
They are seeking an experienced Software Sales Account Manager to join their team selling our Information Management software solutions. This is a quota carrying, team oriented and focused on directly driving the Company's information management business, identifying opportunities and leading sales.

Responsibilities:
-Autonomously manage the sales territory to meet and exceed sales targets; hunter mentality, proven prospecting skills required
-Prospect, develop and close opportunities for Information Management solutions through the entire sales cycle
-Understand and leverage Quest's partner landscape.
-Expand the existing adoption of Quest solutions inside current install bases
-Implement a solution-selling strategy that fully leverages the business value of Quest solutions
-Proactively lead a strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
-Develop and implement territory-wide business and sales action plans to achieve sales quota in assigned territory by:
-Account mapping, planning and opportunity identification
-Qualifying prospects and following a disciplined solution selling approach
-Establishing accurate and qualified sales forecasts
Qualifications:
-6+ years of overall software sales experience or equivalent
-Proven track record of success in managing a sales territory and meeting sales targets
-Experience in solution selling and value selling
-Display enthusiasm, energy and promote an energetic and respectful work environment
-Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to reach performance goals
-Strong business and technical acumen with an ability to navigate organizational complexity
