Job Summary: Custom Project Home Builder seeking dedicated and outgoing site supervisor.

Job Details: Your new company
This large home builder is currently growing and is looking for a detail oriented site supervisor who will grow with it. The company's employee centric culture and phenomenal reputation make it a recognised employer of choice in the area.


Your new role
You will be responsible for supervising the build of 10 - 20 houses, including organising trades, ordering and scheduling materials and works, as well as managing timelines and budgets and conducting site checks. As an ambitious hard worker, you will have the opportunity to progress with the organization through to more senior roles.


What you'll need to succeed
You are trade qualified and looking to join a company to expand your experience and expertise within the residential construction industry. A Cert IV in Building and Construction and a Builder's License are an asset, but not a necessity. If you are great at building and maintaining client and team relationships, then you could be a great fit for the job.
