Job Summary: Well respected Builder / Developer 110 unit high rise residential project Homebush based project ACRWORLD are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a Builder/Developer who focus on high rise residential projects. Due to a number of project wins and a healthy pipeline of work for the next 5 years they are looking to recruit a Site Manager immediately. About the company Builder developer that have been established in Sydney for over 15 years. They primarily focus on high rise residential projects ranging from $40 Million - $250 million in value.

About the role.



This is a Site Manager opportunity to deliver a multi unit high rise residential project based in Homebush. You will be taking the project from start to finish and managing a team including a Site Foreman, Leading Hand, Site Engineer and a CA.

 

Experience Required

• Must have delivered at least 2 projects from start to finish with over 70 units.


• Ability to write a program


• Eye for detail


• WHS and System Management experience


• Hands on approach

Salary

 

This is a permanent opportunity paying $180k-$200k depending on experience.
