Job Details: We are currently looking for a Site Manager to oversee the construction of a staged aged care development in the Western Suburbs. The program on this project is 2+ years and with a Developer/Builder with a strong pipeline and appetite for continuous growth.

The role itself will be part of the construction team, reporting to a Project Manager (who oversees multiple sites) and have 2 foreman reporting in the position. The successful candidate will be tasked with managing the delivery of the site to include making sure it keeps up with program, managing trades and labour on site, managing the foreman (civil, structural, finishes), making sure the site is OHS compliant (in conjunction with a Safety Coordinator).

We are ideally looking for someone who comes from a trade background who has developed his/her career into Foreman and then Site Management. They will have a proven history of delivering commercial construction projects here in Melbourne valued over $25 million.The individual will have a cross section of knowledge to include structures, civil, services and finishes.
