I am chasing a seasoned Site Manager that has proven he can run $25mil to $30mil Commercial projects in Melbourne. Someone that has a steady employment background as we are looking for long term employee's. I am after someone with very clear communication skills who can relate to subbies and someone that can build rapport with clients and consultants. You must be a team player and a leader as you will be a mentor to younger personal.
