New high end townhouse development to begin December
Salary between $130-$150k package

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience in residential builds, ideally low-rise or medium density builds
Understanding of Building regulations, site safety and all local codes
Carpentry Trade or relevant Construction Degree
Able to work closely with colleagues and sub-contractors to deliver projects on time and within budget
Looking after a new high-end townhouse development beginning shortly the role of site foreman/supervisor has arisen for a residential builder with excellent reputation in the industry amongst clients, employees and all stakeholders. Beginning from September you will report into the PM but have a huge amount of autonomy on site, and ideally be around as the builder develops similar projects in years to come.
