Job Details: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Service Receptionist with exceptional customer service skills to work at Southside Mitsubishi in Cannington.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for providing customer service and administrative support to the Service Department and Dealership as required.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the following duties:
Front of house customer service
Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
Assisting with service customer enquiries, both over the phone and face to face
Updating repair orders as required
Completing service banking
Following up parts orders
Logging telephone calls as required
Invoicing, filing and general administration duties
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following attributes:
High level of professionalism
Previous experience within a Service Department is advantageous
Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
Exceptional organisational skills
Exceptional phone manner
Superb interpersonal skills
