Job Summary:
ABOUT THE JOB
Incident and Service Request Management – taking proactive ownership and coordinating effective and efficient resolution of incidents and service requests with internal/external teams.
Level 1 expertise to support and configure Windows devices, iOS devices and Warehouse specific devices via walk-ups, telephone and via the Service Now ticketing system
Undertake daily checks of the IT support tools and environment then resolve or report these issues as appropriate

ABOUT YOU
You will have excellent customer service skills & highly motivated with effective organization and prioritization skills
You will have strong work ethic and ability to work unsupervised
You will have basic network knowledge and trouble shooting skills
You will have at least 2 years’ experience within a similar Service Desk or IT Support role
You must have working knowledge of supporting Audio Visual TVs, Audio, IPhone/iPad
You must have a Microsoft Qualification
