Job Summary: Who it's with: One of Australia's leading sporting initiatives is looking for 2 experienced Service Desk Analysts on a contract until 28/02/2020

Job Details: What you'll be doing:
Provide effective support to internal staff and other tournament staff, including hardware support, and all internal and external applications
Develop appropriate technical documentation of the TA, MA, AO and other Tournament systems
Configure hardware and software for internal and tournament staff as required
Fairly allocate Service Desk ticket to IT Support Assistants reporting to this role
Answer all Service Desk phone calls promptly with intent to achieve first call resolution
Attend to all walk-ups at the IT Support Walk Up Stand promptly and triage as per agreed process
Create appropriate technical training schedule and provide technical training to the IT Support Assistants to provide them with relevant technical knowledge
Contribute to end user FAQs and Service Desk knowledge base documentation
