The Role
In your role, you will be in-house IT support for multiple clients working in different environments. Requiring you to travel to different locations, your role will consist of trouble shoot technical issues through walk throughs, emails and calls on operating environments Windows and Apple, fixing Networking issues, Hardware problems and software problems.
Other key responsibilities include:
Responding to incoming calls and emails regarding technology problems.
Escalating Level 3 issues to IT manager.
Installing hardware and configuring systems and applications
Active Directory, Group Policy and Domain management.
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level.
Telephony maintenance.
Basic network tasks.
Assist O365 application administration.
About You
You are an IT professional that can handle problems with ease, you will use a combination of your technical knowledge, experience, skills and initiative to help users within the organization when needed.
Your Skills & Experience
1+ Years of IT industry experience as a Level 1 / 2 Support person.
Degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
Customer service orientated.
Knowledge and experience with networks.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Professional communication skills.
Knowledge and experience using Office 365.
Certificates desired (CCNA , CWNA , MCSA) but not required.
