Job Details: Service Advisor – Derwent Park

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our Derwent Park team on fixed-term basis as maternity leave cover.

About you.

You are motivated, organised and well-presented with exceptional communication skills and experience in a fast-paced customer-facing role. You are driven to exceed targets and expectations and ideally have previous experience in the retail automotive industry. However, applicants with a strong customer service background are welcome to apply.

About the role.

In this position, your day will be busy and filled with variety. You will utilise your administration and customer service skills to act as the principal contact between the dealership and the customer for repair and maintenance of vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be liaising with the service department customers, face-to-face and over the phone.

Your day will consist of.

taking customer enquiries and service bookings
determining the customer’s needs and communicating these to the workshop
advising customers on the progress of their service
gaining authorisation for extra work
providing superior customer service.
