Job Summary: Dandenong VIC $70,000 - $75,000 a year Our client is looking for a Service Adviser / Charter Supervisor to join the operations department. The role would be suitable for someone who has previously been in a service advisory or someone with strong customer service background and automotive / charter services aptitude or knowledge.

Job Details: You will be responsible for:

Client bookings - Coordination of quotes and bookings
Communicating effectively with colleagues, managers, drivers and operations for smooth operations
Ensuring vehicles and drivers are available and allocated efficiently to cover required work
Accurately administer and record activities for invoice preparation and allocation
Maintaining up to date knowledge of driver requirements, information and support to drivers for charter jobs and tours, ensure drivers are familiar with school runs / capable of operating each type of vehicle that may be required to drive and drivers are maintaining a high level of personal appearance

About you:
Possess strong customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
An MR License is highly advantageous (or willing to obtain)
Exceptional time management skills
Have a passion for high service delivery
The ability to work in a team environment
Problem solving skills
Great attention to detail
