The Role

As Senior Solution Architect you will act as technical lead for Sanctions stream of our multi-year Program of Action providing active leadership of the technical design process co-ordinating the various stakeholders from business and ES towards an agreed solution

You will develop Solution Architectures and associated documents (TCP, TCD, HLSD) for a project, responding to the function and non functional requirements and extending or leveraging strategic assets where relevant

As Senior Solution Architect you will identify and engage relevant stakeholders, including architecture disciplines, asset owners, delivery owner, business stakeholders and SMEs to ensure the solution is optimal, and has the greatest chance of success.

The Requirements

With extensive experience in the space you will have a proven track record in the development of conceptual and applied architectures, including assessment of new technologies including alignment to business strategies.

You will have experience working with financial crime technology, ideally Sanctions and have worked on high profile, mission critical programs within similar complex environments

Demonstrable Executive level stakeholder management skills will be required to enable the promotion of your teams ideas, management of conflicting priorities and challenging of other where appropriate, facilitating and gaining consensus through those interactions.
