Job Details: Our client's brand is synonymous with high end executive properties in Sydney's Eastern suburbs. Working out of a stunning office and managing a luxury portfolio of prestige properties, a dream opportunity has become available for an experience Senior Property Manager to join this first class brand. Working alongside hand on Directors, you will head up the Property Management team and take the reigns of a premium, immaculately-maintained portfolio.

The Position
In the role of Senior Property Manager your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

Manage a clean portfolio of 150 properties
Conduct ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
Minimise rental arrears
Coordinate repairs & maintenance requests
Prepare for and attend tribunal hearings
Relationship management with landlords and tenants
Negotiate leases and rent reviews
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Property Manager will have:

A minimum of 5 years Residential Property Management Experience
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
Be highly organised with great attention to detail
Strong customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication
Impeccable personal presentation
Valid Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle
