Job Details: You will:
Contribute to the preparation of strategic and policy advice on planning for license administration and asset management in State development areas.
Contribute to the preparation of plans, policy and procedures for the administration and management of Coordinator-General: o license agreements with development proponents; and/or o assets including land and buildings.
Active management of license agreements and/or assets in accordance with established plans, policy procedures including the negotiation of tenure agreements and liaise with land holders, leaseholders, real estate agents, other government agencies, community groups and the private sector.
Make recommendations on and managing of appropriate expenditure, cost recovery and preparation of budgets associated with license and/or asset management.
Prepare consultancy agreements, supervise and manage consultants preparing legal documents or undertaking license and/or asset management activities.
Undertake monitoring of compliance issues and appropriate follow up or enforcement actions.
