Job Summary: Our client is one of Australia's most recognizable Not For Profit organizations and due to their extensive community work and physical coverage a new position has been created. An opportunity exists for a highly competent Senior Manager Contracts & Procurement to join a multi-faceted not for profit, operating across the southern coast. The successful incumbent will need to lead and manage the procurement function across the Group in close cooperation with the Senior Leadership Team.

Job Details: Reporting to the CFO, the key responsibilities are:

- Lead the development of the company's procurement plan
- Analyse the Group's spend by category, supplier and business unit, identify the opportunities and deliver best practice focused on cost, quality and service level agreements
- Maintain currency of the Group's supplier contracts – where supplier performance is effectively measured and managed, including supplier rebate collection/reporting

The Successful candidate:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a contracts & procurement position
- Degree qualified with a focus on business/commerce
- Must have high analytical skills and experience in negotiations and contract responsibilities
- Technically very strong in financial principles
- Capacity to identify and drive influencing strategies
- Strong stakeholder management
- Highly proficient in Advanced Excel
