Job Details: Preparation, supervision and review of the delivery of month end processing, reconciliations and half and full year group consolidation packs for the annual report
• Delivery and supervision of any operational processes specific to the portfolio of subsidiaries
• Provide guidance and development to accountants within the team promoting efficient and high quality outputs
• Contribute to a diverse range of projects encompassing productivity improvements, legal entity structures, system changes and other ad hoc project initiatives and tasks
• Establish effective relationships with clients in business units, Financial Services and service providers
• Consistently demonstrate role model behaviour to drive positive cultural change, productive working relationships and a high performance culture
• Providing superior service aligned with the needs and business objectives of the organisation
Contribute to the productivity agenda for Accounting & Reporting Operations and Financial Operations by leading productivity initiatives within the immediate team, such as standardising reporting and month-end close
