Job Details: Key Responsibilities

Understand the business objectives, scope and impact of proposed changes.
Develop and execute change management plans to deliver the agreed capabilities and realise the business benefits within agreed scope, time and budget.
Ensure stakeholders are ready, willing and able to receive and embed the change - identify, monitor and report on issues and/or problems associated with the change.
Challenge and influence project team members and stakeholders as required to enable the successful achievement of change deliverables and benefits.
Define and manage the business readiness assessment and Go/No Go process and implementation support models.
Manage the handover to BAU following business implementation.
Manage various risks and interdependencies to deliver an integrated Program of Change.
Provide coaching and change leadership to teams (including executives).
Drive best practice for change and identify areas for synergies and improvement.
