DUK Agency is a full service, boutique styled digital marketing agency based in Ultimo. We work with a wide portfolio of clients and specialise in all things digital - advertising, SEO, website design, social media, content creation, brand development and lots more.

We are on the hunt for an experienced Account Manager with a background in both Digital Marketing and Business Development. Our perfect candidate has a genuine love for people, can easily build rapport with both existing and potential clients, and has a business-growth mindset.
Your day to day of this role includes:
- Manage client relationships and build excellent rapport on a daily basis
- Project manage between internal team and clients ensuring deadlines are met
- Developing unique digital strategies for your clients
- Meeting with clients to present strategies, WIP reports, post-campaign reports and workshop sessions.
- Proactively critique results and identify opportunities to ensure we deliver results for the client.
- Writing content for ads and social campaigns for your clients
- Managing digital projects end to end, including post delivery support.
- Actively read & research up-to-date industry news and trends
- Continuously seek opportunities to upgrade and upsell where value can be added
- Ensure portfolio growth and continued revenue generation
- Be forthcoming with new ideas and recommendations for improvements to the agency and process.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in solution selling and account management, preferably within an agency.
- Prior experience in business development is essential
- A results driven mindset and ability to meet your KPIs
- Comprehensive understanding of Digital Advertising, SEO, Social and growing businesses using digital marketing solutions.
- Relationship building skills that instantly create rapport with all types of clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and collaborative environment
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A positive and energetic attitude
- The ability to think outside the box when challenges arise.
