Job Summary: Rockhampton QLD $65,000 - $75,000 a year RUSWIN is a leading Regional Queensland provider of Security systems and Locksmith services. Ruswin partners with renowned suppliers across the range of Locksmith and Door Hardware products, Electronic Security, and Nurse Call amongst other products and technologies.

Job Details: We are seeking Electronic Equipment Trades Technicians to join our team as we grow our business. Both those with extensive experience and recently qualified technicians are encouraged to apply.

Positions are available in Rockhampton, Mackay and Townsville.

You will have an appropriate level of technical security product knowledge for this role.

The remuneration package will be $65,000 to $75,000 negotiable in line with proven skills and experience. Should the successful candidate need to relocate, financial assistance will be provided.

Criteria:

Excellent Communication & Customer Service Skills
Installation and servicing of systems and equipment including but not limited to:-
Commercial Security Systems,
Access Control Systems (Gallagher, Integriti, Tecom, etc),
Audio and IP Video Management Systems,
Automated gates and barriers.
Experience in Commissioning and Maintaining Control Systems is advantageous
Repairing and Fault Diagnosis of Systems and Equipment including but not limited to
Examining and testing equipment and control systems
Repairing and replacing worn and defective parts
Advising users of correct operating procedures to prevent malfunctions
Structured Cabling experience is advantageous
General computing / data & comms / networking / IP based knowledge is advantageous.
Must have open cabling license (with endorsements) and security license
Must be prepared to undergo a Criminal History Check
Must be eligible to work in Australia
Ability to work as part of a team
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and work unsupervised
Prepared to comply with Company's training policies
Manual driver’s license
Travel to remote locations on project-based excursions will be a requirement of the position.
