With the Christmas / New Year season upon us, Agile is seeking qualified security personnel in the Mackay region.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the delivery of the highest quality, client focused, security services.

About You:

Provide high quality customer service, frontline service and support
Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of conflict resolution and de-escalation
Ability to respond to emergency incidents in accordance with site systems and processes
Ability to develop professional relationships with clients
The desired applicant MUSTpossess the following:

Current Qld Security Licence
Current Qld Drivers Licence
Ability to work in a rotating roster including night and weekend shifts
Current First Aid and CPR certification essential
RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) essential
Outstanding personal presentation
Strong work ethic
