Job Summary: Catering Project requires Sandwich Hand for Refined Corporate Caterer with refined eye and ability to handle volume. Sandwich Hand - Eye for detail and food styling Refined Rustic Corporate and Event Caterer in Sydney CBD Able to handle high volume quantity and size orders Predominantly gourmet rustic breads and lunch catering 2 years experience as Sandwich Hand Mostly Mon-Fri day shifts but must have availability to do weekend shifts. MUST be able to start very early EVERY weekday. (Approx 4am) A busy corporate environment in a busy production kitchen, serving refined rustic styled food for catering and events.
