Our client, a leader in the Exhibition Solutions & Printing industry with a long history of success is seeking a highly driven Sales Team Leader to manage and inspire their sales team to drive revenue growth.

This exciting leadership role has uncapped potential where you will receive a generous commission on top of your base salary when you meet and exceed individual and sales team KPIs.
About the role:
Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales people
Generate and steer strategic sales plans to deliver growth, profitability and market share
Create and manage the annual sales budget
Manage the inbound/outbound sales process
Create and manage the sales calendar and launch process
Create targets, incentives, and goals for individual salespeople and the team
Manage recruiting and on-boarding of new team members
Create and implement training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the sales team
Accurately forecast on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to meet and exceed quotas
Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on regular basis
About you:
Extensive experience leading a sales team
Proven track record exceeding sales targets
Strong ability to build a cohesive sales team that drives revenue growth
Ability to set creative targets, incentives and goals for sales teams
Proven experience leading outbound sales strategies
