The Role

We are looking for people with a real interest in providing superior levels of customer service and the ability to have connected conversations to identify customers insurance needs. This role incorporates a wide variety of insurance related calls from new and existing customers, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.

The Requirements

Goal driven and enjoy working towards specific targets
Previous Customer Service experience (face-to-face or via telephone - desirable)
A passion for Customer Service excellence
A desire to work in an inbound customer service and sales-based call centre environment
Superior written & verbal communication skills
Self-motivated and enjoy contributing to a team environment
Centre Hours:

Monday – Friday Rotating Roster 8am -7pm (7.5hrs per day with 30min unpaid lunch break)
Do work non-national public holidays
