Job Summary: SALES CONSULTANT PROPERTY INVESTMENT Part time Mon-Thur evenings, Sat mornings Melbourne metro travel required Transition your existing sales experience into the world of property. No prior real estate experience is necessary, but you must have a track record of sales and an impeccable level of customer service.

Job Details: Our new part time In-Home Property Consultant will be joining a stable team of committed, ethical property professionals. We have a settled group of property investment staff who help others secure long term investment benefits.
Work Mon-Thur 6.30pm- 9.30pm, 10am-2pm Saturdays. You may be required to be available at other times however this is when the majority of your appointments will occur
Meet with customers in their home to assess their investment eligibility, answer their questions and run through the benefits of investing with your firm
Full training and support is provided
Previous sales history, preferably in on the road business development or external sales
A strong work ethic and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of customers
A strong interest in real estate combined ideally with an existing understanding of property investment, ideally through personal experience
The willingness to work out of core business hours to meet your client's availability
