Job Summary: In this role you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from new and existing customers to assist them in choosing the right coverage and other general enquiries they may have. Key success factors include being a customer focused individual with excellent communication skills, strong ability to build rapport and identify sales opportunities that are in line with customer's needs.
