You can:
Aid in facility management and building upkeep
Complete physical tasks including moving furniture, workstations, etc.
Coordinate artists needs like overtime meals and supplies
Pick up supplies and production items as needed
Prepare meals and snacks for the Production team as necessary
Order and stock snacks and other supplies
Assist with event set up, execution, and clean up
Research quotes and items for approvals for the studio and events
Assist in Culture and Marketing activities related to filming, photography, and set up
Assist with Front desk services / client relations when required
You have/are:
A current Victorian drivers license
Ability to handle petty cash and receipts responsibly
Proficiency in Google: Docs/Gmail/Calendar
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to carry out low level physical labour (lifting boxes, helping move furniture, climbing ladders)
Enthusiasm for any and all tasks
Great ability to multi-task and follow through
A team player mentality
Ability to take direction
Reliable and dependable
