The Role
Our client is seeking a Qualified & Experienced Roof Plumber who is licenced to work in NSW.
6-month ongoing role, during which you will be engaged on a Labour Hire basis working full-time hours or as required, with the possibility of ongoing, permanent work at the end of this period.
The role will involve travel to various locations between Erina and Smithfield, therefore the ideal candidate must possess their own car and current driver’s licence.

The Ideal Candidate
As a qualified and experienced roof plumber, you will possess a Cert III in Roof Plumbing and will be licenced to work as such in NSW. You will have your own reliable car and current driver’s licence.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in metal roofing, including walking sheets, laying wire, laying wool and foil, installing flashings and screwing off the roof once laid. You will also have the ability to read/interpret technical plans/diagrams for the purpose of installing roof drainage systems.
You will be looking to join an experienced, supportive team ASAP, and will be willing to work for a 6-month period during which you will be engaged on a Labour Hire basis working full-time hours or as required, with the possibility of ongoing, permanent work at the end of this period.

Required to be successful:
Current White Card – required
Current Working at Heights certificate - required
Experience in plumbing and non-plumbing aspects of metal roofing
Minimum qualification of Cert III in Roof Plumbing
Licenced to work as a Roof Plumber in NSW
Have your own reliable car and current driver’s licence
Willing to travel to various jobs between Erina and Smithfield
Physically able to work outdoors year-round
Comfortable working at heights
Able to start immediately/ASAP
Willing to work fora 6-month period on a Casual/Labour Hire basis
Looking for ongoing/permanent work in the long term (post trial)
Punctual, reliable and honest
Hard working, team player with a positive attitude
Able to work under instruction and autonomously
Able to accept and action constructive feedback
