As a customer service representative for our client's Roadhouse in Cloncurry QLD, this role provides the perfect opportunity for those who wish to enjoy the adventure of a rural lifestyle, while maintaining regular, well paid employment. Our client has multiple sites around regional Australia which could see you enjoying various locations across the country while maintaining continuity of work.

You'll be responsible for managing all client transactions along with basic food preparation and other retail tasks. This role will see you undertaking a variety of duties including:

Customer service
Accurate cash collection
Computer sales/EFTPOS
General maintenance and cleaning
Restocking and merchandising
Your Skills & Experience

As the first point of contact for customers, it's important you can communicate effectively and have good problem-solving skills. Previous experience in customer service is a must.

Working on a roster basis this position requires high level of flexibility and reliability. You will see yourself working on a 7 -day roster including day and night shifts as well as weekends. The suitable candidate will have reliable transport and own accommodation nearby.

To be a successful candidate for the role, you will need the following:

Good level of English
Previous customer service experience
Great communication skills
Self-motivated with plenty of initiative
Positive can-do attitude
Willing team player
Ability to work independently and unsupervised
Flexible to work on a roster 7 days a week, day and night shift
Reliable and available to attend shifts when needed
Have own transport - preferred
