To be successful in this role: -
• Proven experience managing client relationships of 3+ years is essential
• Experience in project or account management with a quoting function is required
• Background in the audio-visual, graphics, printing, design or building industries preferred
• You love and flourish in the high-pressure environment of creative deadlines
• You are a happy, confident well-presented person that others are drawn to
• Your outlook is positive, “we can solve anything!”
• You understand technical plans, build processes, design workflows
• You have a technical mind with strong attention to detail
• You are a great communicator – and you first listen to clients’ needs
• You are good at taking on feedback because you love to grow

• You need to be proficient with MS Office
• You have excellent organisational and time management skills
