The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, Retail Operations, the role is responsible for the coordination, communication, support and activation of our retail plan. Furthermore, the role ensures effective written and verbal communication around initiatives. An individual with strong communication, planning, and organisational skills, along with a passion for delivering a first class customer experience would ideally suit this role.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing effective written and verbal communication on company objectives and initiatives
Store communications regarding store layout, selling expectations, promotions, events and local area marketing
Project coordination support for local area marketing, store set up and inventory management
Assist with the merchandise and marketing coordination of offers, plus onsite and online execution of initiatives
Assist in the driving of product and proposition initiatives as required
Partner initiatives into the wider stores network

About You:
Internal communications or marketing communications experience desirable
Sound understanding of retail operations would be seen as a distinct advantage
Ability to deliver exceptional customer service experience
Sound project management and coordination skills
Strong computer skills, including creating templates
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment
Excellent time management skills- ability to stick to deadlines
An exceptional service mentality
