Job Summary: We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of our busy Indian restaurant.

You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant manager responsibilities include growing revenue, profitability and quality goals.

To be successful, the right candidate will have:

• Experience and knowledge of Indian cuisine;


• Work with Chef to create new meals;


• Ability to train and motivate staff to a high standard whilst building a strong team culture;


• Previous management experience in a busy and fast paced restaurant ;


• Hold relevant management qualifications at diploma level or higher;


• Ability to work a flexible roster, including nights, weekends, and holiday periods.
